Each unit that we build is constructed for the client’s specific needs. This includes not only snow and wind loads but also insulation, view corridors, ease of cleaning, materials durability, color and space function. As a planner, I pay special attention to site conditions for deck or pad and to issues such as access, road and drainage.

Whether you are in the tropics or at 10,000 ft elevation in the Colorado Rockies, we can equip your circHouse to be as warm, or as cool, as you like.

The circHouse is framed in galvanized steel. circHouse double walls are clad with a wide array of materials, from wood, to steel, to high-tech plastics, at your option. The roof is 24 gauge steel- just like on a house. Breaking in to a circhouse is difficult.
